No W-2 and no refund BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Emailed this company 3 times asking for a refund they are refusing to refund my money now saying they never got the emails! I have them all and can produce them but they say I never sent them.
They tell me over the phone that their number is listed on their page see the screen shots below no phone number listed! I run a business and would never allow any of my employees to treat customers this way, they would be FIRED if they did. They even hung up on me during a phone call....
Very poor customer service....Do NOT use this company for any reason!!!!!!!!!

Well i gave this company almost 300 bucks and read that it's a scam. My question is how in the *** is google still advertising it if It is theft.
Does the FBI not look into google? or since the company pays for advertisement then its legal to promote phishing scams? Great the ole lady just yelled from the computer room that these bastards are from India. sooooo.

Requested w2 and paid and never received
The website is a scam...don't be fooled by people saying they got their money back. I ordered a 2013 w2 and never received.
No phone calls were answered. I recommend anyone who has been duped like I have log a complaint with https://complaint.ic3.gov/default.aspx. This is a internet crime report that capture complaints for the consumer and if there are enough reports then the federal government would intervene.
Additionally, if the dollar value exceeds a certain threshold (not sure the amount) then this would be a federal offense and the perpetrators would do time in prison. Subsequently I went through my work to get the documents I needed.

My wife lost all ours tax documents. And of course after some tine she needs these documents ASAP.
I tried to help her (She was very upset that with IRS it will take 7 weeks, and we don’t have time).
It was looking like trustful company: 1888 phone, life chat, they were replying on all questions. But After I paid for service Missing W-2 requested my ID 4 times: by e-male, by fax...
And they disappeared, I tried to call them, but suddenly all operators were busy, they stopped reply for my e-males.
And I never get my W-2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lost 2 weeks of time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
