April 11th started the purchase process.
May 11th they emailed me and said i had a signature error.
Then when i asked what is the status.
They keep telling me the IRS was updating their systems and they could not provide an eta.
I searched the site for the return policy and there is not one posted.
I had to message them and advise that i want to cancel the order.
They told me they can only send me a check or via pay pal.
I discovered that i processed my request for the wrong form because i was outside of my window.
